Sexual Health

I work with clients to address concerns around sexual health, sexual identity, and sexual functioning. I counsel from a trauma-informed, sexual health perspective that is guided by the concepts of sex positivity and sexual empowerment. I believe that sexual health knowledge and education is a human right, and that sexual healing is an integral part of the therapeutic journey. I take an affirming approach to my work with clients who identify as queer/LGBTQIA, fluid, nonmonogamous, polyamorous, open, and/or kinky, and those who are exploring their gender or sexual identity.

I received my Master's of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis' premier Sexual Health & Education program, with a concentration in Sex & Couple Therapy. I completed a graduate level practicum with Planned Parenthood in St. Louis, and I therapeutically work with clients around issues of reproductive justice, abortion counseling, self-exploration and acceptance, and supporting the growth and healing of survivors of sexual violence.
